Optimal Health and Weight -- Why "Dieting" Is a Waste of Your Time
(FYI: This article is based on my conclusion to my past 9 years of formal and informal holistic health education.)

Being healthy and at a desired weight is not just about eating less and exercising more as we have been led to believe. Those are definitely a couple of good habits to include in a healthy lifestyle, but chronic disease, including obesity, can still flourish when we are cutting calories and exercising at recommended levels. You may have experienced this disappointing realization yourself.

I am happy to inform you that you CAN achieve optimal health and weight without starving yourself or spending you life at the gym. I am also happy to share with you that there are no drugs and no gimmicks required. In fact, drugs and gimmicks can sabotage all of your efforts.  Below, I will explain the real causes of disease, including obesity, and what it takes to achieve your optimal health and weight goals: 

ALL DIS-EASES of the body (when the body is not at ease), including cancer, diabetes, depression, heart disease, and even obesity can be linked to the same exact root cause:

A failing immune system caused by deficiencies of nutrients and/or toxic overload in the body.

An optimally healthy body has a strong immune system supported with:
  • Complete Digestion,
  • Thorough Absorption and Assimilation of the Essential Nutrients, and
  • A Slightly Alkaline Body pH.

How can these health conducive, immune system strengthening conditions of the body be achieved?
  • By ingesting a variety of healthful choices, correctly combined for healthy digestion,
  • Limiting toxic exposure to the body, and
  • Properly removing natural waste and other toxins from the body.

Yeah, it really is that simple! (There is a lot involved in each one of these simple concepts, but this is really what it all boils down to.)
